Cancellation policy

All cancellations or name changes must be sent in writing to – email: info@efcagammadrid2024.eu.

  • It is possible to change the name of the accommodation reservation without cancellation fees if the secretariat is informed before May 4, 2024, with €50 administration fee. After that date, a name change will not be possible.
  • Cancellations received up to February 21, 2024 will be penalized with the payment of one night’s accommodation.
  • Cancellations received after February 22, 2024 or non-attendance will not be entitled to a refund.
